Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 12 cups gluten free crispy rice cereal
- I recommend Malt ‘O Meal because it is labeled gluten free, cheap, easy to find just about anywhere (sold at Walmart), and comes in huge bags
- IMPORTANT: for any brand, always, always, always double check for the gluten free label – some brands contain malt, including brand name Rice Krispies (but not, ironically, Malt ‘O Meal)
- 1/4 cup Lawry’s season salt
Tools:
- Good blender, OR
- Gallon plastic bag and rolling pin
Directions
- Place crispy rice cereal in blender or plastic bag.
- Blend or roll into three cups of fine powder for more uniform bread crumbs or, for chunkier, more panko-like crumbs, until desired consistency is achieved.
- Add season salt and mix well.
- Use to make gluten free chicken nuggets, boneless wings, etc.
